C&J Foodie Friends Invite!

Calling all foodie friends and future foodie friends!

Who: Willow & Steph (C&J Nutrition)

What: A weekly idea exchange.  Each Thursday, we’ll announce the  theme for the upcoming week (could be a seasonal ingredient, like asparagus or strawberries...could be a dish, like pizza or burritos... or French toast...etc.)  Then, at some point over the weekend or before the following Thursday, make something that follows the theme.  Tag your meal with #CJFoodieFriends and @cjnutrition so we can all share the delish ideas.

When: Every Thursday the new ingredient or theme is announced (then you have until the following Thursday to make something to share!)

Where: In your kitchen, dorm room, office break room...or wherever you’re preparing your meal.

Why: So we can all swap our fave healthy meal ideas!  Let’s have some fun with healthful fresh food and help keep each other out of a food rut by sharing creative ideas.  As you all know, we’re big on meal IDEAS -- no elaborate recipe needed (unless you want to!), and lots of room for you to inject your own creativity and really make the meal something you love.  

We can’t wait to see what you all come up with and get lots of new ways to enjoy fresh healthful food! #CJFoodieFriends
